Our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Process

A successful Search Engine Optimization campaign is created with care. We will focus on a lot of items very quickly, and if you are not familiar with SEO, some of this may seem confusing. We hope this snapshot of our normal working relationship helps you understand how to prepare yourselves to be happy clients of Migrayn Studios.

1. Once we receive the signed agreement and first months SEO fee, we will ask you to fill out a small questionnaire. This will guide us in the right direction as to what items need to be put into place before the real work can begin.

The information we ask you is basic. Some of the sample questions asked are:

1. Where the website we will be performing Search Engine Optimization is hosted
2. Usernames/passwords to these sites, so we can have our team prepare to work on the on page optimization
3. Main search engine terms you wish us to start focusing on.

2. After we receive the questionnaire, we will prepare a detailed plan of what we will be working on first. We have to add tracking to your website to measure traffic and success. We will then call you and your team, where we discuss our plan / follow up questions to questionnaire.

3. Finally, the plan is agreed on, we will send you a weekly report of what work was accomplished, what work we will be doing this week, and the traffic report of that previous week. Once a month you will also receive a keyword ranking report, which will show you what keywords have changed positions in Search Engines.

Of course, at any time during our relationship, you are available to call our team to answer your questions or whatever else you need. This is not a one way street, as we need your internal feedback to also measure our success.
